KR Pangya has revealed their upcoming 28th scratch rare set. This new set will be available on their next maintenance update, November 18th.
As you can see on the picture, there are only two items in this set. The top picture is the Hybrid Ring, and the bottom is Lucia's Pajama set.
It looks like they are slowly releasing Lucia's scratch rare stuff little by little now. The 27th set included Lucia's elf ears, and now this set is the Pajamas.
Hybrid Ring
Effect: +2 yards extra distance, each shot adds +1 bonus to the Pangya powergauge.
